| General Info: | Lake Maggiore is one of the most touristic place in Italy known for its beauty. It can be quite pricy, however it’s so worth spending a long week end. There are so many activities that can be done around the lake and it’s just 1 hour driving from Milan Malpensa international airport or Turin. |

| 1 | London to Milan | Easy Jet flight from London to Milan Malpensa. We hired a car at the airport (pre-booked) to head to Lake Maggiore. |
| 2-3 | Lake Maggiore | We decided to stay in Agriturismo Bone, located 20 minutes from Maggiore lake, in a very nice environment. The agriturismo has also a good size swimming pool. The food at the agriturismo is amazing and they serve only local products (top menu with so many courses that you can’t immagine is only 35€ including drinks – check website). Visits:
There are many more activities, trekking and things to do and see around the lake.It is also worth spending a full holiday in the area. |
